ELISA法測定標(biāo)本有著快速、簡單、準(zhǔn)確、靈敏度高可大規(guī)模測定樣品的特點。
樣品采集：收集標(biāo)本前必須清楚要檢測的成份是否足夠穩(wěn)定。對收集后當(dāng)天進行檢測的標(biāo)本，儲存在4℃?zhèn)溆茫缬刑厥庠蛐枰芷谑占瘶?biāo)本，將標(biāo)本及時分裝后放在-20℃或-70℃條件下保存。避免反復(fù)凍融。標(biāo)本2-8℃可保存48小時，-20℃可保存1個月。-70度可保存6個月。部分激素類標(biāo)本需添加抑肽酶。

a. 在收集標(biāo)本前都必須有一個完整的計劃，必須清楚要檢測的成份是否足夠穩(wěn)定。
b.建議新鮮標(biāo)本收集后盡早檢測。1-3天左右檢測的樣本可儲存在4℃?zhèn)溆谩Ｈ缬刑厥庠蛐枰芷谛允占瘶?biāo)本，請將標(biāo)本及時分裝后放在-20℃或- 70℃條件下保存，避免反復(fù)凍融。
1. 當(dāng)混合蛋白溶液時應(yīng)盡量輕緩，避免起泡。
2. 洗滌過程非常重要，不充分的洗滌易造成假陽性。
3. 一次加樣時間*好控制在5分鐘內(nèi).
4. 請每次測定的同時做標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線，*好做復(fù)孔。
5. 如標(biāo)本中待測物質(zhì)含量過高，請先稀釋后再測定，計算時請*后乘以稀釋倍數(shù)。
6. 在配制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品、檢測溶液工作液時，請以相應(yīng)的稀釋液配制，不能混淆。
7. 底物請避光保存。
8. 不要用其它生產(chǎn)廠家的試劑替換試劑盒中的試劑。
